Ana Sortun (chef at Oleana and married to Chris Kurth, who runs Siena Farms) worked with a company to create them. We also received them in last spring's boxes. I'm not a fan, as I like to cook from scratch, don't eat meat or salmon, and the mixes are made in Canada (so much for buying local by belonging to a CSA).
