First week of my second full year of Siena Farms' CSA.
The great thing about the spring CSA boxes is that the boxes include bread. This week, the bread is from the Nashoba Brook Bakery. We also got some dried Marfax beans from Baer's Best. This week's email from the farm included a recipe for baked beans using them, which I will try.
Also in the box this week: an enormous bag of pea tendrils, watermelon radishes, apples, parsnips, carrots, shallots, and purple top turnips.
