Salad: peas and carrots

Inspired by the big bag of pea tendrils and pile of carrots, I decided to make a "peas and carrots" salad.  After washing, I chopped the pea tendrils.  I grated three carrots, sliced an apple, and tossed in some pepitas (shelled raw pumpkin seeds - a good way to add some crunch and flavor to a salad).
The salad was good without dressing.  We also tried it with a little ranch dressing.  I preferred it plain.
